Architectural
Animation
A rendering captures a moment.
Architectural animation tells the whole story - the way natural light moves through a space, the rhythm of approach, the experience of walking through a building before it's built.
Architectural animation and 3D walkthroughs for marketing, planning, and tender presentations.

01 Precision that convinces
Every image we deliver is built to withstand scrutiny - from planning authorities to end buyers. We don't approximate. We visualize with the accuracy and emotional clarity your project demands.
03 A real collaboration
We work alongside architects and designers, not around them. Every project starts with a focused onboarding call to align vision, mood, and materials before a single detail is placed.

02 Deadlines
Tender deadlines, marketing launches, planning submissions - we understand what's at stake. Clear timelines from day one, structured production, no surprises.

Most exterior and interior architectural visualization projects are delivered within 2-4 weeks from the onboarding call, depending on the project scope, number of views, and the timeliness of client feedback. Animation projects typically require 3-4 weeks, depending on complexity and duration.
Architectural rendering pricing depends on scope - view count, complexity, level of context, and whether geometry already exists. NOTA's commissioned projects typically fall in the boutique range expected from a Tel-Aviv studio working with named architects. After a short brief and onboarding call, we send a fixed quote within 1-2 business days.
The process is structured into four clear stages:
-
Brief & onboarding call
Aligning on vision, scope, references, and deliverables. -
3D geometry & camera setup
Base modeling and composition are established.
Two rounds of feedback included. -
Lighting & materials
Refinement of atmosphere, textures, and visual realism.
Two rounds of feedback included. -
Post-production & final delivery
Final image enhancement and delivery of high-resolution visuals.
Each stage includes a defined checkpoint, where client approval is required before progressing to the next phase.
-
Architectural drawings and 3D model (RVT, FBX, SKP, DWG, DWF or PDF), material specifications, and 1-3 visual references for mood and style. We confirm the exact file list on the onboarding call. Don't have a 3D model yet? We can build geometry from your 2D plans.
Each project includes two structured revision rounds across the two key stages of image development: the grey (clay) stage and the final coloured render stage.
Additional revision rounds can be accommodated at a per-image rate, agreed upon prior to production.
Standard structure is 50% upfront after the signed proposal and 50% on final delivery. For repeat developer clients, Net 30 / 45 terms can be agreed.
Yes. NOTA produces visualizations for planning authority submissions, public tenders, and architectural competitions. We've delivered tender-grade imagery for projects across Israel and structured timelines around submission deadlines is part of the standard workflow.
Absolutely - reference images are one of the most useful inputs. We use them to align on lighting mood, color temperature, season, and level of stylization before production.
AI rendering tools produce generic images - plausible compositions, generic lighting, generic mood.
NOTA produces a specific image: shaped by an architectural reading of the project, a deliberate creative direction, and proficiency across a mature visualization pipeline. We use AI where it sharpens the work - quick first sketches, texture generation and post production enhancements - but the lighting, composition, atmosphere, and final craft are decisions, not outputs.
The deliverable isn't a rendering of a building. It's a rendering of your building, made the way it should be seen.
Yes. NOTA works with architects, developers, and design studios across Europe and the United States. We accommodate US time zones for review calls and offer payment in USD. All communication is in English, and the entire workflow runs remotely.
