This multi-story residential building was designed by Eran Gabay Architects and developed by Eretz Israeli.
The design combines natural stone cladding with refined aluminium details, creating a modern yet timeless facade.
The second floor is dedicated to a spacious apartment, distinguished by exposed concrete elements that give it the character of a modern ‘urban villa,’ setting it apart as a unique and expressive piece within the overall composition.
